Welcome to J.W.B Coins & Collectables, an established UK family-run business specialising in coins, banknotes, medals & tokens, stamps, postcards, jewellery, militaria, antiques, art, memorabilia and unique gifts.

Based in the United Kingdom, we supply customers nationwide and internationally, offering authentic items supported by experience and professional, transparent service.

Our Story

J.W.B Coins & Collectables began in 2007 in a small room in student halls, while I was studying Scottish History at university. What started as selling a handful of items on eBay steadily developed into a full-time business.

My fascination with coins began much earlier. At six years old, my dad took me to my first antique fair, where I bought my first Roman coin. Holding a coin that had circulated during the Roman Empire, sparked a lifelong interest; I was captivated by where it had travelled and who may once have owned it.

Coins are where the business began and they remain a genuine passion. Over the years, we have sold well over 100,000 coins, with pieces sent to buyers across the world. Our coins have also been supplied to international media companies, appeared in a Spanish television production, and even featured in several popular BBC programmes.

As the business grew, so did the range of items we handle. Alongside coins, we now offer banknotes, medals & tokens, stamps, postcards, militaria, antiques, jewellery, art, memorabilia and unique gifts. Some items reflect major moments in history, others simply carry the charm and character of the past. Every piece is chosen carefully and described honestly.

My wife and I now run the business together, combining years of experience with a genuine interest in the pieces we sell.

Looking to Sell Your Coins or Collectables?

We sometimes purchase coins and other collectables from private individuals and collections, ranging from single items to larger holdings.
