Shipping & Returns

UK Postage

  • All UK postage is Royal Mail First Class Signed For service or Special Delivery for higher value items.  All postage costs will be calculated at checkout.  If you require a different service than offered, please get in touch with us on info@jwbcoins.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate you.  Items will be dispatched within two working days from the purchase date.  You will be notified via email of your orders tracking number on dispatch.

Worldwide Postage

  • All postage out with the UK will be sent Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For or if not accepted in your location, Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Signed For service.  Items will be dispatched within two working days from the purchase date.  All postage costs will be calculated at checkout.  You will be notified via email of your orders tracking number on dispatch.

​Import Charges

  • For all purchases made outside of the UK, the purchaser is responsible for their own countries import duties and tax obligations, and these will not be included on any purchases made from our website.  The correct order details will be included on custom documents.

Returns/Refunds

  • We have a 14-day return policy at J.W.B Coins and Collectables, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.   Return postage will be paid by the purchaser and you will also need to include your proof of purchase.  To start a return, please contact us on info@jwbcoins.co.uk.  We will advise you if your return is accepted and give details of where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges

  • Should you wish to make an exchange for an item you have purchased, we must first receive the return of your original item in the same condition as it was sent.  Please contact us at info@jwbcoins.co.uk to arrange an exchange.  Once we have received your return, we will be happy to send out your exchange,  If there is a difference in price between the items, this will be resolved prior to the exchanged item being sent.  


Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  To report any damages or raise any issues, please contact us on info@jwbcoins.co.uk.
