Shipping & Returns
UK Postage
All UK postage is sent using Royal Mail tracked services unless otherwise selected, where applicable by the purchaser. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is our standard option, with an upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 available at checkout. For higher value items, we may use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
UK delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, postage is charged based on parcel weight and the service selected at checkout, with all costs calculated at checkout. If you require a different service than offered, please get in touch with us on info@jwbcoins.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are usually dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday may be dispatched on Saturday or the following Monday. We do not dispatch items on Bank Holidays; orders will be dispatched the next working day. You will be notified via email of your order’s tracking number on dispatch.
Worldwide Postage
We offer worldwide shipping. All postage outside the UK will be sent using tracked services, depending on what is available for your location. International postage costs depend on destination and parcel weight and are calculated at checkout.

Import Charges
For purchases made outside of the UK, the purchaser is responsible for their own country’s import duties and tax obligations. These are not included in purchases made from our website. The correct order details will be included on customs documents.
Returns/Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy at J.W.B Coins and Collectables, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you will need to include your proof of purchase.
Please note: personalised items and gift cards are non-returnable.
To start a return, please contact us on info@jwbcoins.co.uk. We will advise you if your return is accepted and give details of where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage will be paid by the purchaser, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jwbcoins.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it. Please note: for personalised items, we may not be able to cancel once work has started. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it in line with our returns policy (excluding personalised items).
Exchanges
Should you wish to make an exchange for an item you have purchased, we must first receive the return of your original item in the same condition as it was sent. Please contact us at info@jwbcoins.co.uk to arrange an exchange. Once we have received your return, we will be happy to send out your exchange. If there is a difference in price between the items, this will be resolved prior to the exchanged item being sent.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as you can if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report any damages or raise any issues, please contact us on info@jwbcoins.co.uk. If you’re able to, please include your order number and a couple of photos so we can help as quickly as possible.
