Returns/Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy at J.W.B Coins and Collectables, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Return postage will be paid by the purchaser and you will also need to include your proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us on info@jwbcoins.co.uk. We will advise you if your return is accepted and give details of where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
Should you wish to make an exchange for an item you have purchased, we must first receive the return of your original item in the same condition as it was sent. Please contact us at info@jwbcoins.co.uk to arrange an exchange. Once we have received your return, we will be happy to send out your exchange, If there is a difference in price between the items, this will be resolved prior to the exchanged item being sent.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report any damages or raise any issues, please contact us on info@jwbcoins.co.uk.
