Vintage & Antique Jewellery for Sale

Our vintage and antique jewellery for sale brings together rings, necklaces, brooches, earrings, bracelets, cufflinks, watches and a small range of jewellery curios. A lot of what we stock reflects Scottish design, including pieces in the Charles Rennie Mackintosh style, Scottish agate and thistle designs, and pieces by makers such as Miracle. Most items are sterling silver and hallmarked, with the metal, date and condition noted individually for each piece. Each category is curated separately, so stock and detail vary between ranges. Vintage & Antique Jewellery: Scottish Design and Sterling Silver

Scottish design runs through much of what we stock, from Charles Rennie Mackintosh-style pieces to Scottish agate and thistle jewellery, some by well-known makers like Miracle. Sterling silver is the most common metal across the range, usually hallmarked by British assay offices, which helps confirm the date and origin of each piece.

As a coin dealer first, we also carry a handful of pieces with a genuine coin connection, including necklaces and brooches made from coins, and bracelets and bangles set with Victorian love tokens, engraved sixpences and threepences once exchanged as a token of affection.

We add new stock regularly across every category, so it's always worth checking back for something new. Each range is curated separately, and every piece is shown exactly as you'll receive it, so you can check the design and condition before ordering.

FAQs

Is your jewellery genuinely vintage or antique, not modern reproductions?

Yes. Every piece we sell across our jewellery ranges is genuinely vintage or antique, not a modern reproduction. Each is inspected before sale, and the description shows its condition, with photos of the exact piece you will receive.

Is your jewellery sterling silver?

Most of it is, though not all, some ranges include gold, rolled gold or other metals. The metal is noted individually for each piece across every category.

What is the Charles Rennie Mackintosh style?

Charles Rennie Mackintosh was a Scottish architect and designer, active from the 1890s to the 1920s, known for the clean lines and stylised rose motifs of the Glasgow School. You'll find pieces in his style across several of our jewellery ranges.

Do you sell jewellery made from coins?

We carry a small selection of pieces made from or set with genuine coins across a few of our ranges, including necklaces, brooches and bracelets, a nice link back to our roots as a coin dealer.

How do I know what hallmark or date a piece has?

The hallmark, date and metal are noted individually in each product's description, since these details vary from piece to piece.

Do you sell men's jewellery?

Yes, our cufflinks and watches are stocked as menswear, and several of our simpler silver rings and other pieces would suit anyone who likes the style.

How often do you add new jewellery stock?

We add new stock regularly across every category, so it's always worth checking back if you don't see what you're after.
