How does the gift voucher arrive?
By email, with a unique code and instructions for using it at checkout. Nothing is posted, which is useful if you're buying at the last minute.
Can it go straight to the recipient on a date I choose?
Yes. Tick “I want to send this as a gift” when you add it to your basket, enter their details, and choose the date you'd like the email to arrive. If you'd rather give it yourself, have it sent to you and forward it on or print it at home.
Does the voucher expire?
No. Our gift vouchers have no expiry date, so there's no pressure on your recipient to spend it by a certain time.
Do they have to spend it all in one go?
No. The balance stays on the code and can be used across as many orders as they like until it's gone, which suits a collector filling gaps over time.
What can it be spent on?
Anything on our website: coins, coin sets, banknotes, postcards, jewellery, art, greetings cards, whatever they choose.
What if the thing they want costs more than the voucher?
They pay the difference at checkout in the usual way. The voucher comes off the total, so it doesn't limit them to what the voucher covers.
