A genuine set of British coins, all minted in 1948, mounted on luxury hammered card (approx. 15cm x 15cm) and presented in a cellophane envelope. It's a thoughtful way to mark the birthday of someone born in 1948, an anniversary or a retirement, or to add a special year to your own collection.
Every coin is left uncleaned to preserve its story and character. The coins are securely attached to the card and may show a mark if removed. You'll receive coins in similar condition to those in the photos, with the small imperfections you'd expect of coins this age.
Open "What's in this set?" below to see which coins are included. Looking for something different from 1948? We also have unmounted and framed sets for the same year, or browse our other gifts.
