We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, and orders placed before 12pm are usually sent the same working day. Most parcels are sent using tracked services, and we'll email you your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
We offer 14-day returns. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, and return postage is paid by the buyer. Please get in touch with us before sending any returns.
